In other news I’m starting my meal plan from today for the SECOND time! I feel sooooo much better eating clean but I’m being pulled so many different directions every day that I forget to take care of myself. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Mama can’t pour from an empty cup! Anyone else prefer to eat clean or paleo?? I mean I love Dr Pepper and brownies but my body doesn’t 😅😅
