My first new artwork of 2026 (cries in wedding planning). This piece will be for sale at the next weekend (April 16-19th)!

This was such a fun piece to create as I went in with no expectations. I just pulled out the scraps and materials that called to me and I found a few reoccurring themes. Stars, reflections/mirrors and eyes. It became this piece about seeing yourself in the mirror. There’s this melding between your younger self but also the marks of time and age, and for me the way I look more and more like certain family members. With this comes the duality of being scared of time happening so quickly but also amazed by the cosmic coincidences that led me to that moment.

I’d be lying if I said my favorite part of wedding planning wasn’t the custom aspects. Creating this illustration of Taylor and me for the back of our invitations brought me so much joy 💕💐

Went with Karla to see Jenny Saville’s show at the Fort Worth Modern! It’s definitely worth a visit! It’s last day up is January 18th.
We had a great day out and about in Ft. Worth.

I’m trying to empty out my shop so I can get some new stuff up or maybe pursue others avenues. I don’t know what will be returning (if anything).

Last day to shop these items is March 2nd end of day. All purchases will come with bonus goodies as I try to empty out stock! Everything will ship on either March 3rd or 4th 😁

My thesis show is just around the corner 😰🤯
Getting my MFA has been a labor of love and it’s all come together for this show.
The show will be up at from Nov 4-15th with a closing reception in Nov 14th from 5-7pm!

Glimmering Wounds is an autobiographical retelling of my life experiences through the use of archived materials such as journal entries, photographs and found objects that I manipulate into mixed media artworks.

Woman (2023)
found Barbie head, card stock, clutter, pop culture images from the 2000s-2010s, poem written in archival ink.

I made a lot of great work in 2023 but this might be a favorite 🤔. Growing up is hard. Trying to figure out how to navigate your gender in all of that is even harder. Sometimes all you have to look at is the media and what the people around you say.
