Time to re-introduce myself 🫣 Hey there, I’m Jackie, owner of Jackie Marie Photography for personal portraits & milestones since 2013 and Jackie Stills & Films for commercial & branding since 2019. I also followed my dream of opening a photography-rental studio in Dallas, TX, called Studio Retro in 2025!
I primarily service the Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas tri-state region in portraits, small-business content, and short-term rental properties, with the occasional opportunity to travel for work, where ever it takes me.
I’m a photographer that will NEVER niche down, because taking pictures and capturing people’s stories is my passion first and foremost, and I love the variety and the incredible opportunities it leads me to.
They say “the riches are in the niches” but I would go insane if I had to do one thing over and over again, personally. (Nothing wrong at all if you’ve honed your craft in one genre of photography if that’s what speaks to your heart though. That’s masterful on another level)
When I’m not shooting (and even when I am) I love live music, thrift shopping, mom-and-pop shops, dive bars, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our and friends and fam, and of course, our pooches, Mila & Scruffy, aka M-Dawg & Scrufflepuff plus 20+ variations.
