World Champion, Hall of Famer, Pioneer— has spent her career breaking records and pioneering women in rodeo, especially in roping. All of that success and advancement of the sport wouldn’t have been possible without countless hours in the arena refining her skill.

Recently, I got to spend a little time in her arena watching her work on those skills that has launched her into such success. The lesson here, though, constantly and consistently work on your craft—whatever it is—so you can reach your own success.
