Some places carry a sense of peace with them.

**A Quiet Place to Breathe** is one of those places — a moment of stillness, soft light, and the feeling of being able to exhale for just a little while.

That feeling means even more to me right now as I prepare for my upcoming trip to Thailand. Portrait photography has always been one of the ways I love telling a story.

It’s not just about creating a beautiful image — it’s about capturing personality, confidence, connection, and a moment in life worth remembering.

I’ve recently relaunched my portrait photography and am currently booking **senior, family, couples, and individual portrait sessions**.

Sessions are approximately **2 hours**, allowing time for outfit changes, props, and location changes when they fit the vision. Afterward, I carefully curate the strongest finished images into an online gallery.

And right now, this relaunch has an especially personal purpose.

A portion of every portrait session booked through these posts is being donated to the fund helping with the ongoing medical expenses of **Cas, my grandson.** ❤️

I’m excited to be relaunching my portrait photography and getting back to something I’ve always loved — creating beautiful, meaningful portraits of people and the relationships that matter most.

Portrait sessions are approximately 2 hours, giving us time for outfit changes, props, and even location changes so we can create a variety of images that feel personal to you.

Afterward, your finished images will be carefully selected and presented in a curated online gallery — not hundreds of repetitive photos, but a collection of the strongest images that really tell the story of your session.

And this relaunch has something especially personal attached to it.

Some photographs are about a place. Others are about the feeling of standing there.

I created this image in the Dolomites in Italy — a quiet bridge surrounded by autumn color beneath those incredible mountains. It’s one of the pieces I chose for my **Limited Edition collection** because it captures exactly what I hope my work brings into a home: beauty, stillness, and a moment to pause.

Over the next several weeks, profits from my fine art photography sales are also helping fund my upcoming journey to Thailand, where I’ll be visiting my son Jeremy, photographing the country, and beginning the visual story I hope may eventually become a book.

New to the collection: Where the Leaves Become Legacy

Photographed on a to***co farm in Cuba, this image captures a quiet intersection of land, labor, and tradition — to***co leaves hanging inside a rustic drying barn with the Cuban landscape opening beyond.

Travel has always been an important part of my work because it allows me to photograph not only beautiful places, but the stories that live within them.

Over the coming weeks, purchases from my fine art collection are helping fund my next photographic journey to Thailand.

Many of you know that I’ll soon be traveling to Thailand to spend time with my son, Jeremy, who is serving there with the Peace Corps.

This journey will be deeply personal, but it will also be an important photographic project for me.

While I’m there, I’ll be photographing the landscapes, cities, people, and everyday moments I encounter — experiencing Thailand through Jeremy’s life there rather than simply as a tourist. My hope is to return with an entirely new body of fine art work and, eventually, perhaps even a photography book.

Over the next several weeks, profits from purchases of my fine art photography will help fund this journey.
