🚨EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY🚨
As a photographer, protecting the sweet families who walk in front of my lens is my absolute highest priority.
With the rapid rise of AI technology and the legal landscape struggling to keep up, including recent court rulings highlighting how AI-generated content can exploit children's likenesses without adequate legal protections. I’ve decided to make an important boundary change. Moving forward, children’s faces will no longer be publicly posted on my social media pages.
If you’re a previous client, you might notice that older galleries or past posts on my page look a little different! I’ve recently gone through my page and removed photos showing children's clear faces, leaving only the faceless images.
Going forward, I will be taking extra care during our sessions to capture beautiful, candid moments that protect your child's identity, like them running toward you, sweet family cuddles, holding them turned away from the camera, silhouettes, and little detail shots. You will, of course, still receive your full, complete family gallery to cherish privately forever!
Thank you so much for still trusting me with your favorite moments! 🤍
Here are some examples of the types of photos you'll see me post moving forward:
