The Northridge Raiders girls were back on the floor at the Charlie Hughes Shootout this weekend — and it’s all part of the process.
New faces, new chemistry, and a whole lot of work ahead — that’s exactly what summer ball is for. The squad is battling through some injuries while working in a talented group of newcomers, and you could see it starting to click as the weekend rolled on.
And they capped it off the right way — gutting out a W in their final game! Zoe Yeater iced it at the line, knocking down the game-winning free throw in the final seconds after a tough, physical day in the paint. 🧊🔥 New addition Averi Amstutz brought the heat from deep, drilling multiple big-time threes to keep the Raiders rolling. 🎯
