One of the most common questions I get as a photographer is if clouds are okay for photos and the answer is yessss.

Golden hour is forever a fan favorite, but clouds diffuse light in the most beautiful, balanced way. Soft, even, flattering light pretty much everywhere.

Out of curiosity- which detail shot are you drawn to the most? Why? I love getting a mix! Angles like straight on horizontal, closer on the side, vertical and in motion with my subject.

The detail, environment and light plays such a huge role there’s never one ‘right’ way to approach it.
