A love story that only God could have written.
They met in Japan. Have never lived in the same city. Yet despite all the miles and time zone differences Maria and Joseph created a love story that literally spanned the globe.

Now- they get to start their happily ever after TOGETHER. Doesn't hurt they now live in Hawaii while Joseph serves our country in the United States Navy 🫡🇺🇸

They centered their marriage with Jesus and danced the night away with their nearest and dearest who gathered from all the corners of the world to celebrate their love story.

Maria and Joseph, I wish you the most joy filled life imaginable. I pray God blows your minds with goodness and that you have the happiest of ever afters.

I've been on a lot of mountain tops lately living out my dreams for this career.

Last weekend was another one of those photographing the Indiana Republican Party State Convention. There are a handful of elected officials I truly admire and Senator John Kennedy is among these treasured few and this photo is one of many reasons why.

He's the real deal. Agree with his politics, or don't, Senator Kennedy is the same person away from Washington as he is when he's there. We could use more leaders like him. I wish more people in general were like him.

His quippy humor that evening reminded me that we're all just living life for the first time, doing our best. So this week I challenge you to have a little more fun, laugh a little more often, dare to be silly. If a sitting Senator can have a little fun at a political convention, I think the rest of us can too.
