I love second shooting. I get to be more behind the scenes, which means I get access to more candid moments that can be easy to miss in the chaos of being the lead or the only photographer. I love getting to be invisible, and catch these gorgeous, untraditional moments and details. This shot I took second shooting, might seriously be my favorite and my best I have taken yet.

Meet the photographer. So this is me! Second shooting a wedding when I took a gorgeous practice shot.

I started weddings by second shooting in college for fine arts. Loved it. And started doing them on my own for awhile. Got married, slowed down for awhile. Then things really slowed down when I had our beautiful daughter, now almost 6 months old. ❤️ so now that I’m less of a milk machine, and I semi temporarily have things together 😂, I’m getting back at it as a part time gig for our little family and to get back in some creative juice.

It’s important to me to enjoy what I do, and fairly charge for the work that I do. If you are looking for a wedding photographer that will be in your budget, but don’t want to feel like you have to sacrifice gorgeous wedding photos, I’m your girl.
