Hi everyone β I want to address the concerns being shared.
I sincerely apologize to any clients who have experienced delays in receiving their photos. Over the past several months I experienced serious personal and health challenges that affected my ability to keep up with work and communication. That responsibility is mine and I am actively working to resolve it.
I am currently reaching out to each affected client individually to ensure their galleries are delivered or refunded where appropriate.
Some information being shared online unfortunately contains inaccuracies, but my focus right now is making things right for the clients who trusted me with their memories.
If you are a client waiting on photos, please message me directly and I will prioritize resolving your gallery.
