I am SO excited to say we are officially back — and better than ever! 🤎

I am absolutely in love with my new camera body — the Nikon Z50II mirrorless — and I cannot wait to see what we create with it! I’ve reached out to everyone who was previously scheduled, and we are officially back on track. After a little unexpected setback, I’m beyond ready to pick up right where we left off and give my clients the beautiful photos they deserve. 🥹📸

It absolutely breaks my heart to have to make this post… 💔

Unfortunately, my camera body unexpectedly failed and is no longer working. This wasn’t something I saw coming, and after a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause my sessions while I invest in a new camera body and upgraded equipment.

If you know me, you know I never settle when it comes to my clients. Your photos are memories you’ll cherish forever, and I refuse to deliver anything less than my absolute best. While I could try to make something else work, that’s simply not the experience or quality I want to provide. You all deserve the very best, and that’s exactly what I intend to give you.

Because of this, I unfortunately have to cancel my upcoming sessions while I wait for my new equipment to arrive. The estimated turnaround is about 2–3 weeks, and I’ll keep everyone updated along the way.

To everyone who currently has a session booked:
🩵 If your session can’t wait, I would be more than happy to recommend photographers that I know and trust.

If you’re willing to wait until I’m back up and running, I would love to photograph your session. As a sincere thank-you for your patience and understanding, you’ll receive 50% off your next session with me.

This has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make because I never want to let anyone down. I’m truly heartbroken, but I’m choosing to see this as an opportunity to come back stronger with even better equipment so I can continue giving you the quality and experience you deserve.

Thank you for supporting my small business through the good days and the unexpected ones. Your kindness, patience, and encouragement mean more to me than you’ll ever know. I can’t wait to get back behind the camera and continue capturing the moments that matter most.

This session will include water, so you must be willing to get wet. Trust me… the final images are going to be incredible. 🔥

Join us for our Hat, Glove & Coat Drive on Saturday, October 25th from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Europa Cafe in Amsterdam.

We’ll have:

📸 A fun fall photo setup with an instant photo to take home

Photos are FREE with the donation of a new or gently used coat, hat, or pair of gloves.

School is right around the corner, and this year I’d love to help one local family by providing a backpack filled with school supplies.

I truly wish I could help everyone. My hope is that next year, with some fundraising and support from the community, I’ll be able to help even more families.
