Yesterday we wrapped up our annual APS Lab conference at the Westin here in Chattanooga TN.

This year’s theme was continuous growth, and it couldn’t have felt more fitting. As we step into 2026, we want to pause and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that carried us through last year. Every challenge made us stronger, and every win—big or small—proved what’s possible when we show up for one another.
