Today, we celebrate 8 amazing years of growth, resilience, and transformation. We want to express our deep gratitude to our incredible students, dedicated teachers, and the supportive community that has made our Shala the sacred space it is.

In the face of a major pandemic and even a hurricane, your flexibility allowed us to flow with the challenges and shift into new and more beautiful realities.
The Shiva Yoga Shala is now the largest yoga community in SWFL, and we couldn't have done it without you. We’re in-studio, online, and now in the AIR with our Aerial Yoga program.

To mark this milestone and kick off our Fall/Winter season, we are excited to bring you some fantastic updates:

Now is the perfect moment to pursue your dream of becoming a yoga teacher! Shiva Yoga Shala has exciting opportunities for you this fall, as we are set to conduct four distinct teacher training programs.

Join us this Sunday at 4:30pm for an open house session where you can gather detailed information about these four training programs scheduled for 2023.

If you're new to teaching, our 200 Hour Fundamentals training is an ideal starting point.

For those already experienced in teaching, we're thrilled to introduce our 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training, Aerial Teacher Training, and Restorative Teacher Training.

By attending the open house, you'll receive a special voucher of $100 that can be used for 200 or 300 Hour training in 2023. Additionally, as our guests, you can enjoy the serene experience of our Crystal Bowl Restorative session afterward.
