💛Pregnancy has always felt sacred — a quiet chapter where life is built in secret, identities shift beneath the surface, and strength expands long before anyone hears a first cry. Maternity sessions honor both what is seen and what can’t be witnessed: the architecture of life, hope, and becoming.
Not every journey looks the same. Some carry to hello, some carry to goodbye. Some are waiting, some are grieving, some choose other paths, and some never get the chance at all. The womb holds more than life — it holds possibility, longing, loss, transformation, and power that often exists without recognition.
This session in particular holds a special place in my heart. Their bloodline is tied to someone who shaped me profoundly in my own childhood — a person whose love, influence, and steady presence helped form who I became. They passed tragically while I was pregnant with my son, and there is something quietly full-circle about being invited to witness this new chapter in the family they left behind.
Sessions like this remind me that motherhood isn’t just a role, or a milestone, or a title — it’s a story that alters the body and the soul, regardless of outcome. To honor these stories is to honor the visible and the invisible, the joy and the ache, the ones who are here and the ones who shaped us from the edges.
To each of my past and future clients — thank you for trusting me to step into these sacred spaces with you. It is an honor every single time. 💛
