In an email sent to Getty contributors and obtained by PetaPixel, the stock photography agency reaffirms its stance against AI generated models and takes it one step further by noting the built-in AI features recently added by Adobe are part of that ban. Amazing photographic essay by Dina Litovsky.
The mid-afternoon arrivals and departures of buses, which run from October through the end of April, attract cheering crowds. Passengers say their hellos and goodbyes to Pinecraft, which, as the photographer Dina Litovsky captured for The New Yorker in February, is a place of brief leisure for people who consider work to be sacred.

Earrings, usually forbidden, can be seen glittering from beneath white bonnets. Swimming is allowed; volleyball and shuffleboard are encouraged; ice-cream cones are a nightly ritual.

Yosemite Firefall is a natural phenomenon where the sun illuminates Yosemite Horsetail Falls, creating a “fiery” effect mainly during the last two weeks of February. To see and capture this phenomenon, you need particular conditions, like 100% clear skies, enough snow on top of the mountain, and warm temperatures to melt the snow and create the waterfall.
When all conditions align, you can see something like this:

Photographer Dan Zafra visited Yosemite to see and capture the famous Firefall. Here are his thoughts on whether it's worth it.
