From the moment I found out I was expecting our baby girl, I knew I wanted to be present, take it all in, and experience each chapter one step at a time. 🤍
As my pregnancy reaches its end, I wanted to create photos that capture the beautiful juggling act of preparing for a baby’s arrival. Every item in these images represent a piece of that journey: washing tiny clothes, learning about birth and labor, packing the hospital bag, researching products, eating healthy, taking my prenatal vitamins, staying hydrated, and trying to soak in these last moments before life changes forever.
One thing I didn’t expect was how much pregnancy would teach me beyond preparing for a baby. It’s solidified my confidence in trusting my instincts. There is so much information out there, but I’ve learned to filter out the noise and focus on what feels right for me and my growing family.
I’m sure there will always be more to learn, more to prepare, and more to discover once she’s here. But becoming a mother isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about showing up with love, and trusting yourself along the way. I can’t wait to meet our little girl and begin this next chapter together.
