Hi 👋
It’s been A MINUTE since I posted on here so i figured I might as well do a Friday introduction post with a shameless selfie to kick us off this year ✨

My fun fact for today that some of y’all may not know is I’m currently in law school!

I’m still making time for photo & video sessions & in many ways I’m actually more flexible now which is so fun!

…Instagram however… sometimes gets neglected. I made the dean’s list my first semester tho, so I’ll take that over the gram any day 👏🏻

So don’t worry, I’m still over here helping couples & families freeze precious moments for always & forever.

Happy happy Friday, friends!
We made it to the weekend 🎉

I took a hiatus from posting on vacation & kept riding that wave once I got home 🙊
So what better way to pop on and say “hi!” than with a few vacation snaps & a lil Friday introduction.

We spent july 4 with 2 of my sisters in Waco - the hubs got to grill for more than a dozen college kids who didn’t even know how to turn on a grill and we both felt so old 😂 - and then we headed to… wait for it… bourbon country.
Most of the time we were on tours with either gruff men or retired people and I don’t know what to say other than that’s just on par for me & & we loved every minute of learning, nerding out about mash bills and fermentation, and fine dining our way through Louisville. Pro tip- when at a higher end restaurant while traveling befriend locals at the bar who will also give you other great dining recs 👌🏻

Here I am living my best life in Bardstown, KY - the bourbon capital of the world & once named the most beautiful small town in America.

& let me tell ya it was cuuute.

Some Friday fun facts about me in light of our vacation:
🥃I drink bourbon neat.
🚲 I love touring new cities by bike
☕️ I will try all of a new city’s best coffee shops
🍦 on vacation I will sub ice cream for meals and/or eat ice cream whenever the heck I want because ITS VACATION & it’s hot outside. & also? I don’t even think you need a reason 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think my ice cream for lunch kick came from all the camping trips my family did growing up - if we happened to be in a town center between activities or hikes & there was a local ice cream shop - you bet we were going 🙌🏻

ALSO - fun fact - july is national ice cream month so if you are someone who needs an excuse, you’re welcome 😉
