Yesterday was something truly special. 🍁✨

Brittany and Matt’s wedding at Impression Farms was the perfect reflection of who they are — full of love, family, and meaning in every single detail. Between them, they have eight amazing kids, and watching how deeply each one loves and supports them was so moving. You could feel the joy and unity of their blended family in every hug, every laugh, every tear. 💛

Even on their own wedding day, Brittany and Matt found countless ways to honor the people they love most — thoughtful gifts, personal touches, and moments that spoke volumes about their hearts.

One of my favorite parts of the day was sneaking away to the Blue Water Bridge for some portraits. Not only is it a beautiful landmark, but it’s also the place that literally connected their lives — she’s Canadian, he’s American, and the very first time they laid eyes on each other was from opposite sides of that bridge during the border closures of 2020. 🌉❤️

To see them standing together under that same bridge, now husband and wife, was nothing short of full-circle magic.

Tonight was so fun. 🍂📸

I spent some time on this beautiful October evening with the Tuckey family. It was so precious watching Jayson and Kaitlyn interact with their two beautiful girls, Jojo and Belle. I absolutely love getting to capture moments like these that show the joy and love they so obviously share together.

As I captured these photos, it caused me to reflect on my own special relationship to this family.

About nine years ago, I took Jayson and Kaitlyn’s engagement photos along this very same trail. Back then, Kaitlyn and I were roommates - two girls excited about the future. I don't think either of us would have imagined both becoming moms at the same time, raising our girls at church together, swapping strollers, and getting to share this sweet season of life together.

It’s always an honor to capture moments for families… but when it’s for friends, it means even more. ❤️ Thank you, Tuckey family, for letting me freeze these beautiful memories in time.

A beautiful family on a beautiful fall evening. 🍂

I had the joy of photographing the Charron family, and this one was extra special because they aren’t just clients — they’re close family friends. Watching them interact through my lens was such a gift. The kids chasing each other, the way Mindy and Ryan share those knowing smiles, the little bursts of laughter that happen when everyone forgets the camera is there — it all told the story of who they are together.

Sessions like this remind me why I love capturing families: it’s not just about the photos, it’s about freezing the tiny, in-between moments that show the heart of a family. For the Charrons, that heart is full of joy, love, and a bond that’s been such a blessing to witness over the years. ❤️

Colleen + Karl | 09-06-25

What a joy and honor it was to capture such a sacred and beautiful day for Colleen and Karl. Their love for each other is deeply rooted in their love for Jesus, and that foundation was evident in every detail. Worship filled the air, prayers surrounded the ceremony, and a holy joy marked the beginning of their covenant together.

The celebration took place on their own property—thoughtfully prepared and lovingly designed—creating the perfect setting for this new chapter. Surrounded by family, with their children and grandchildren standing proudly beside them, every moment was a testimony of God’s goodness and faithfulness. My heart was full as I documented the laughter, the worship, and the love that carried through their entire day.

As a photographer, it’s an honor to capture not just images, but the emotions, faith, and legacy being created in moments like these. Colleen and Karl, may the Lord bless you and keep you, and may your marriage always reflect His love.

These people are quite precious to me.

I first met Mark and Vickie through church years ago; little did I know they would come to play such in a big role in my family's life. Along with my parents, they assist in watching my daughter, Eden, during the work week. They are the most generous and loving people and they reflect Jesus in everything they do. It is an honor to know them and have them be such an important part of our family.

As a small way to say thank you, I captured photos of their own family (JonMarc, Jackie and grandson Marshall) one evening this week. Marshall kept us all on our toes (as any two year old boy should) and we had a blast chasing him around the playground and taking photos together.

Thank you, Mark and Vickie, for being the incredible people that you are. Thank you for how you care for my family, and how you care for anyone lucky enough to know you. We love you both.

This wedding was straight out of a dream — held on a yacht, surrounded by water, bathed in golden sunlight, and filled with so much love.

The day couldn’t have been more perfect, but the real magic? It was in the way Jenn and Ronnie looked at each other — like no one else existed.

The perfect summer evening session for the sweetest family...

All TEN of the Eisen family joined me last night for a stunning session with the most perfect glowy light. We had a blast playing games and I loved how so many of my new little friends had all sorts of ideas of what pictures we should take!

I jokingly told Brittany and Matt they have become my "frequent flyer" clients as I have had the honor of capturing their engagement photos, maternity photos, newborn photos, family photos and very soon, their wedding photos as they celebrate the lives they have brought together in love.

I am so very thankful I get to be a part of your lives and document all these special moments for you!
