I was contacted by this young ladies mom, and asked if I could cover her game tonight since she was playing in the championship game for middle school. Normally I don’t cover middle school sports, but I could not say no. So I covered the team tonight as they played. Her mom gave me permission to post a couple images of her playing tonight.

Timnath High girls soccer faced Jefferson Academy this evening in the quarterfinals. These young ladies put up a heck of a fight and after ending with a score of 0-0, the game went to a shoot out and unfortunately they lost by 1 goal. I will be looking forward to covering them again next year.
