Transfer it now before you loose it again! We have had several people come in with this mentality recently.

Jim brought in this LP today to be transferred to playable CD. It has his friend's Grandpa playing bass guitar on it. Jim has been looking for this album for him for 5 years. He will give it to his friend who's grandpa is still living. He will sure enjoy hearing it again.

Ed brought in his collection of video tapes to be converted to digital files on an external hard drive and DVDs. He called his daughter and told her what he was planning to do and tell her that he enjoyed previewing them the night before. He enjoyed seeing her perform in Orphan Annie. It will be nice to see and share them all on digital media.

Want to preview your old media before you have them transferred?

We have all sorts of VCRs, video cameras, reel-to-reel, 8-track, and record players that you can use in our Fort Collins store to preview your videos or old audio before you have us transfer it to digital for you. We also have a light table that you can use to look at negatives, slides and frames of old movie films.

Not everyone wants to capture and preserve all the information on all of their old media. Do you really want that old TV show transferred? Do you really want hours and hours of your kid’s sporting events? Come in a review it before you have it transferred.

If you are using the equipment ever so briefly there is no charge but if you decide to sit and stay for a spell we charge a low $15/hour equipment fee.

We got a call some months ago about helping the Wish of a Lifetime organization to fulfill a wish for one of their clients. This May we got the thumbs up to proceed with the project. We picked up over 1000 slides from Judy in Boulder. We scanned them all in and grouped them by categories for her. We delivered the digital files and the originals back to her a week later. Her son, Rick, will pull them up on her iPad so that she can easily view them all.
