every photo I deliver is a piece of my creativity, my vision, my time and my heart. it’s the hours spent planning, the patience it takes to catch a moment, the way I see a story unfolding and the work that happens long before and after I ever press the shutter.
photography is more than a pretty picture. it’s a skill I’ve spent years building, a craft I continue to learn and something I pour so much of myself into. even at the expense of missing things with my kids at times.
I didn’t pick up a camera to have a machine do the creating for me. I picked it up because I love PEOPLE, their stories, and preserving the little moments that make life what it is. i love the real and the raw. i love genuine and authentic.
if you love photography, book a real photographer. if you love an artist’s work, pay them for it. if you want photos that feel like you, invest in someone who will show up, connect with you and create something intentional. not generate something artificial.
photographers, keep creating. keep shooting. keep sharing your work. and don’t be afraid to stand up for the craft you’ve worked so hard to master. ai can never replace us. ai cannot create moments. cannot capture authenticity. cannot showcase love frozen in a moment of time. you know who can? real. human. beings.
