🎃🐾 THE CASE OF THE HAUNTED TREAT JAR

The jar was full.
The humans left.
Then… paranormal snacktivity.

🐶 Lulu: “We heard a crash and immediately secured the snacks.”
🐱 Butters: “Scene. She means scene.”

Evidence collected:
🔎 One overturned treat jar
🔎 Two suspiciously full detectives
🔎 Absolutely no remorse

Our sweet Nirvana stopped by in her angel wings to supervise.

🐈‍⬛ “I leave you two unsupervised for ONE minute…”

Butters blamed ghosts.
Lulu requested a reenactment—with more treats.

CASE STATUS: Unsolved. Evidence delicious. 😂

🐾🔎 THE CASE OF THE MISSING SHOWINGS
Monroe Realty Media | Pet Detective Division

The listing was live. The showing calendar was empty. Detectives Lulu and Butters were called to the scene.

🐶 Lulu: “Nice yard. Excellent sniff potential. Why isn’t anyone coming?”

🐱 Butters: “Pull up the listing photos.”

The evidence was troubling:

🔍 A front photo starring the seller’s truck.
🔍 A kitchen hosting a small appliance convention.
🔍 A dark mystery room labeled “spacious primary suite.”

🐶 “Is that a walk-in closet?”
🐱 “That’s the photographer’s thumb.”

Then they discovered 17 hallway photos… and ZERO of the backyard.

🐶 “YOU LEFT OUT THE FETCH FACILITIES?!”

🚨 Their finding: The home had plenty to offer. The photos were keeping it a secret.

The recommended fix:
📸 Professional photography
📐 A clear floor plan
🎥 Video that brings the home to life

Butters also requested removal of the vacuum.

“Unrelated to the investigation. I just don’t trust it.” 😼
