Hanging out in New Mexico for the first flag National Championship Air Races, since moving here from . The venue is awesome, the views from the grandstand would have taken knowing someone with property of the back side of Stead field in previous years. Roswell has been extremely welcoming at every turn, and there has been plenty to do around town when the planes aren’t flying…the Unlimited class is definitely missed, but the road is being paved for a new tradition, and I’m definitely here for it.

This mornings sunrise vs just a few weeks ago, the sun is coming up earlier, and once we spring forward, the sun will be up on the way to work instead of after I get here. It still nice being able to watch it every morning, it’s been a goal to see more sunrises in the United States than I did overseas for almost 17 years.
