Big announcement 📣

We will be moving away from the Sacramento area and relocating to the Monterey coast in May 2024. Monterey has always felt like home to me and I absolutely can’t wait to get back there; however, it’s a bittersweet move as I have so much love for the community we have here in Folsom.

What does that mean for you and your annual photos? Well…if we already have something on the calendar for 2024, you’re booked and I’ll be here to take your photos, so don’t worry about a thing! I also still have some dates available before we move, so book soon if you’d like a Spring session.

For all other future photo shoots, I will communicate in advance the dates that I’ll be in town for shoots so that you can grab a spot. Or if you’re wanting a vacation and a photo shoot, come to Monterey and we’ll do a beach session! I am also more than happy to recommend some really wonderful photographers in this area that can help you create beautiful art, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I can’t thank you enough for being here and supporting me and my small business over the years. Taking photos and creating memories at our shoots have been an absolute highlight for me and I look forward to what’s to come. ♥️

It’s been awhile 👋🏼

I’ve been enjoying staying off of social media for most of the beginning of 2024. If I’m honest, posting, scrolling, keeping up with messages and comments…it’s just not my favorite. So I’ve given myself permission to let it go for the most part.

But I’ll try to post a little more frequently because I am still here making beautiful art with my beautiful clients 🤍

I got to work with two sweet babies this week and we’re coming up on some beautiful weather so I can’t wait for my upcoming shoots next week! And look at this family. I mean seriously, how precious are they?! 🤩

Christmas is just around the corner — only 3 days away now! I can’t believe how fast this year has gone by. But before diving into the holiday, I want to take a moment to thank all the smiling faces and incredible clients I’ve gotten the privilege of working with this year. You have truly been a blessing to my business. I hope these special little moments I’ve captured of your stories are a gift to you as well and that they bring lasting memories to you ♥️

Sometimes I can’t stop smiling behind my lens as I’m taking these because your families are so darn cute. 🥰

I’m always grateful when I see a family full of joy like this. They remind me to smile, to slow down, to embrace the wiggles, the real moments and the seconds of growth that go by way too fast.

I’ve been enjoying going back through each of my galleries from the past couple of months to edit. It's fun to see how much beauty was captured and so many sweet families.

I love how cute the Lippert fam looks in these, dressed in the cozy hues of Christmas greens🌲 I’m always a sucker for a cute dog thrown in the mix too 😉

Are you decorated for the holidays? We put our tree up the day after Thanksgiving this year. It changes with each year but by this time of the month I can’t wait any longer. Holiday mode has been activated 🎄

I love getting everyone’s Christmas cards too! It’s fun to see all the holiday coziness and everyone becoming more festive as we get closer.

Hayden and I have some very fun activities planned for December - some new and some old traditions that I’m excited to do again this year. What are some things your family loves to do at Christmastime? ❄️
