Three weeks in and me and my girl are still out here playing in the dirt… and honestly, I’ve never loved something so simple this much.

There’s something about watching life grow right in front of you—getting your hands messy, filling pot after pot, and slowly seeing the deck come alive. Terracotta is officially taking over 😅 Our goal? Every inch of the deck and front porch covered in warm, earthy pots overflowing with the most beautiful flowers we can grow.

It’s slow, it’s imperfect, and it’s ours—and that’s what makes it so special.

These are the kinds of moments I never want to forget… the quiet, everyday kind that end up meaning the most. And that’s exactly why I do what I do. I think I might be getting a little addicted to making these weekend videos 😅 This one’s from a couple weekends ago that I totally forgot to post.

Also… I’m entering my plant era 🌿 I’ve never been great at keeping plants alive, but I’m determined to try. My goal is to fill up my deck first, and if I can keep those thriving, I’m dreaming bigger—a little cottage garden in the backyard.

What are some things you’ve picked up or tried as you’ve gotten older? Whether you stuck with it or not, I’d love to hear. Let’s see if this new passion of mine lasts… or if it fades just as fast as it started 😂
