Christmas Minis Q+A:

Question: How long are Christmas minis? What if we need more time?

Answer: Most Christmas minis (including Santa minis!) are 10 minutes long. It may sound quick, but you'd be surprised by how much variety we can capture in a short amount of time. All of my sessions at Prospect Farms will be 10 minutes long, just like in years past.

That said, I know some little ones are nervous around Santa, and larger families sometimes need a little extra breathing room. Because of that, I offer a limited number of Extended Santa Sessions at Reverie + Sol Studios for families who know they'd benefit from a little more time. These sessions are 15 minutes long and allow for a more relaxed experience.

Extended Santa Sessions tend to book quickly, so if you already know you'd like a longer session, you'll want to reserve your spot when booking opens later this month!

Sessions release to VIPs on June 22nd, my email list on June 23rd, and the public on June 24th.

Christmas minis launch in only 18 days!

I've had so many questions about these sessions coming in, so over the next few weeks, I'll be answering some of the most common ones to help you decide exactly which session is right for your family before booking opens.

One of the biggest questions I get is: How much can we capture during a Santa mini-session?

You'd be surprised by how much variety we can fit into your session! Before your session, I'll send over a questionnaire so you can tell me exactly what you're hoping for. Want photos of each child with Santa? Absolutely. Family photos with Santa? Of course. Need a Christmas card photo without Santa? We can do that too!

My goal is always to create a gallery that reflects your family's vision while making the experience fun and stress-free for everyone involved.

It's officially June, so you know what that means...

Christmas minis are launching THIS MONTH!

I've been planning some really special Christmas sessions, and I cannot wait to share them with you. To help you plan ahead, this year's release will happen in three phases:

VIP Group for Previous Clients: June 22nd

Email List: June 23rd

Public Release: June 24th

These sessions are some of the most requested and fastest-selling spots of the year, so go ahead and save the dates. I'll be sharing sneak peeks and more details in my Stories over the next few weeks.

Is anyone else ready for the rainy forecasts to end so we can fully enjoy these sweet summer evenings with our little ones?

There’s something about warm sunshine and slower evenings that makes me want to hold onto this season a little tighter. The days can feel long in the moment, but somehow these years still pass by far too quickly.

Each lifestyle newborn session includes photos of your sweet little one by him or herself so you can remember those precious details that you'll want to remember as well as family photos.

There’s something really special about getting to fully be there for your child’s birthday party instead of watching it through your phone screen.

When I photograph birthday parties, my goal is to preserve all of those little in-between memories so that you can stay present and soak in the celebration alongside your family and friends. You handle the hugs and cake cutting. I’ll handle the memories.
