I just want people to see the person I used to be before I was targeted by the United States government and military. I will never put many of my "experiences" on paper. I'm glad to have made a "recovery". Congrats on getting into the Tate as a human rights violation regardless of U.S. trialing. UNA School of the Arts I just want you to remember what you f***s did to a student for the crime of art. Resign.

Don't Panic.

It's scary. Not even sure why I even felt the need to state that, but please don't panic. Panic shopping is taking away resources from those who need it most. It's exposing people to high-density crowds, unsanitary conditions and making it so vulnerable groups cannot get supplies. Government, businesses and local groups are working to ensure no one will be going without food, but that may not happen if we disrupt the supply chain. Avoid crowded places and only get what you need.

It's important to remember that communities are dealing with the pandemic differently. One thing for certain, things are looking different. That doesn't mean it's bad, though. The coronavirus is real and a threat. In a way, we are at war. It doesn't have to be a culture one.

With recent events, everyday necessities are being horded. Essential goods are being withheld from those who need them most and sold on the private market at inflated values. Please don't horde medical supplies when our hospitals can't even get gloves.

As the world seems to close around us, Table at the Room continues to hand out hot meals to community members in need. Hot dinners were handed out on the steps of a local church and precaution was taken to ensure safety.

Local hospital, North Alabama Medical Center, prepares for the upcoming Cronavirus outbreak by limiting access and closing the front desk. Patients are being restricted from outside visitors, while check-in has been restricted to a pop-up table at the front of the hospital.

While this is certainly a time for community and prayer, remember that attending church services can put you and others at risk. Congregations around the U.S. have suspended services, but that hasn't deterred some churches from holding more. In fact, I noticed this sign on my way to pick up supplies from UNA today. Protect your friends, family and community by considering alternative devotions.Call you're preacher or a loved one and schedule a phone bible study. Read the bible with loved ones or even just attend small gatherings of close friends. Don't panic and keep your church safe.
