Plaques to all the First Place Hound in all 4 classes + a Bag of Dog Feed, also Derby Ribbons 1st-NBQ to be awarded to all 4 classes 🔖 Breakfast and Lunch served. Pre-Measure at 7:30a, cst.; Closing at 8a, cst. Fee per hound $25, fee going up in March 2027 due to prices on the cost of holding a trial.

👩‍🦳 I wanted to let everyone know, that I will not be running for another term as the UBGF Conformation Director position this year.
I'm not stepping down, just taking a break and let someone else give it a try. My positive doesn't end until January 1, 2026, so until then I will still be finishing my term.
I want to thank everyone for their support of 4.5 years, I filled in for another person in 2020 to finish their term. I really didn't know what I was stepping into, but after all the years, I learned more and started to enjoy it.
I never had any complaints and had lots of support from all of you. I made more friends, shed a few tears, got my feelings hurt, and a few were disrespectful. But that didn't keep me from smiling 🙂 I had a job to do and did the very best I knew how.
I will miss being on the board once my term is over, but until then I'll still be here for anyone that needs me, and continue keeping up with the show points and reports. I don't work, other than feeding the farm animals and keeping up with Hippie 🧔‍♀️ ( which is a bigger job) 😉 I'll still see a few of you at the trials, Thank you for supporting me, and having my back when I needed you..🥲 This isn't goodbye, just taking some time for myself, hubbie, Sons, Grandkids. I really need it...🫂🙏

As the UBGF Conformation Director and Show Judge, I want to Congratulate Tim Cauthen for winning the Show Conformation Award for 2025 with Mountain Creek Orangeman in the All-Age 13M Class with a total of 78 points (Second time in a Row); Also Carl (Grandslam) Blue winning with Pendar Oaks Skylars Red Brownie in the Derby 15F class with 98 points.

I keep up with over 2,000 hounds, the shows they win, the dates of the shows in all the classes for the AA and Derby, nothing easy about it. Alot of work, time, and going over it again and again to make sure it's correct.
Some think it's a piece of cake, nothing is sweet about it. It takes alot of your time away from family, work. You're constantly on your computer 🖥. All reports are sent to me by text, and when they come in, you have to save them as a jpeg.file, transfer to your email and print them from your computer. Some can be read easily and some are a doosey to read 🤷‍♀️ So get those reports in asap, time is getting close to ending....If you see anything not correct, please text me at (256)412-5757 or email: [email protected]. I always answer my texts and emails within an hour of receiving them. My term of 4 years goes up for voting at the August Meeting, hope I've pleased everyone, I've never had a complaint yet. Thank you...🐾🐾
