Presentation ain't my thaaaang but damn, this was a delicious meal worth cleaning the grill for!
Grilled ribeye steak, a "salad" tossed together with some spinach, spring mix, grape tomatoes, crumbled Gorgonzola, avocado, and then some good ol' mashed potatoes topped with carmelized onions.

For the first time ever, I cooked and tasted...duck! 🦆
I paired it with some roasted sweet potatoes, rainbow baby carrots, and some leftover brussel sprouts.
I wish I would've done a little more research on cooking the duck breast, but overall, extremely proud of myself and I enjoyed the dinner. 🙌🙌🙌

Been thinking about this dinner for a few days. I roasted some brussel sprouts, broccoli florets AND broccoli stalk, lazily grabbed some baby lettuce mix, and threw my ribeye on my piping hot carbon steel pan. Extremely tasty and delicious.

I was in the mood for Mexican food for a few days and I'm so glad I came across 🍽️🌮
I had a tamarind margarita, birria tacos, and a carnitas bowl and everything was so damn good! I was so full off the birria tacos that I just took the bowl to go 😅.

So I stopped by the grand opening of .floralpark and was very happy that I did. I chose the Kinga Experience which came with their delicious specialty pork broth ramen and an Old Fashioned cocktail. My wife went with the spicy chicken broth ramen and a lychee mojito. We also ordered some pork gyozas 😋🥟🍥🍜

Probably our favorite restaurant in Italy. So delicious and comforting that we had dinner there three times! was something we just bumped into, and fell in love. Executive chef calmly cooking your meat with a glass of wine was pure bliss.

Finally posting all the crazy delicious food I had down in

🍴 Biscuits & Gravy
▪️I'm still thinking about this, it was amazing!

🍴Voodoo Chicken
▪️This was the first meal I had in NOLA. The chicken was spicy af but god I couldn't stop eating it.

🍴Beignets
▪️Classic french donut with their cafe au lait is a must

🍴Absinthe 🥴
▪️I hate the licorice taste/smell of absinthe but always a great experience.

🍴Bacon Cheeseburger
▪️Straight up, no frills, here's a burger that you're going to LOVE. Open 24 hours and just to the point tasty burgers.

🍴Fried Shrimp Po' Boy
▪️Long lines with a long menu of options. I enjoyed the fries and spicy fried shrimp.

🍴 Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich & Stuffed King Cake French Toast
▪️Chicken sandwich so good and small that you're tempted to order 2! The king cake was very filling but you kept going back for more bites.

🍴Charbroiled Oysters & Barbeque Oysters
The last meal of my trip and it was one of the best. I had 11 oysters all to myself and I probably could've had a whole dozen more 🦪
