☄️ A COMET FROM THE OUTER SOLAR SYSTEM... CAUGHT FROM MY BACKYARD. 🌌
I’m officially breaking the silence with one of my favorite captures from 2025.
On October 18, 2025 at 7:52 PM CDT, I pointed my Galaxy S24 Ultra toward the northern sky here in East Texas and caught Comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) only 3 days before its closest approach to Earth.
And this little visitor had been traveling through the darkness for roughly 1,000+ years before ending up in a camera frame from Texas. 🤯☄️

🌌 And yes... that’s the Milky Way in the same frame.
No giant observatory.
No professional telescope.
No massive tracking rig.
Just a Galaxy S24 Ultra, a dark East Texas sky, and a few seconds of exposure.
Somewhere in that tiny point of light is an object that spent centuries crossing the darkness of our solar system...
…and for one moment, it crossed my camera's field of view. ☄️
A little piece of a 1,000+ year journey, caught from a backyard in Texas.

🌌 The sky has been waiting. I’m posting again. 🌌
