I am a stay at home mom of 3 (2 boys & 1 girl) and I know how hard it is sometimes to get your kids to sit still and have their photos taken. Not a stuffy studio where they can’t run around, play with their toys and show who they really are. I understand how important it is to capture the moments. Okay, I’m officially obsessed with kindergarten cap and gown sessions. I honestly think they might be becoming my favorite thing to photograph. There’s just something about this age — the little personalities, the giggles, the missing teeth, the goofy smiles — they make every session so fun.

They’re still so innocent and carefree in front of the camera, and I love capturing that. Nothing feels forced with them. They just show up as themselves, and it makes the sweetest photos.

School may already be out for a lot of families, but it’s definitely not too late to schedule a session. These little moments go by so fast, and I promise you’ll never regret having photos to look back on years from now. 🤍

The fun little rivalry these girls created during their cap and gown session was a lot of fun. But truly there is so much love between these girls Between the school pride, friendships, and excitement for what’s ahead, this session was one I won’t forget anytime soon.

Wishing all of these seniors the very best as they head into their first year of college and start an exciting new chapter. But before move-in day and college classes begin… soak up every second of summer, make the memories, and enjoy this season of life.

Last day of school for these HSE senior girls, and they are SO ready for the next chapter ahead.

There’s just something special about watching best friends celebrate this season of life together — the laughter, the memories, and all the excitement for what’s next. Next week they’ll put on their caps and gowns, walk across that stage, and officially close one chapter while stepping into another.

As a mom of a freshman, sessions like this hit a little differently for me. It’s a reminder that time moves faster than we ever expect. One minute you’re walking them into school for the first time, and the next you’re watching them prepare for graduation. Time truly is a thief.

So thankful I get to freeze these moments for families before life changes all over again. 💙

There is something so special about photographing first-time parents. 🤍

This sweet family of three came to me as a referral from another new family I had the honor of photographing, and referrals like this truly mean the world to me. It’s such a privilege when families trust me to capture some of the most important moments of their lives.

Their beautiful baby girl was an absolute dream during our session. She curled up so peacefully while mom and dad sat nearby completely in awe of her. The smiles, the quiet little glances at each other, the gentle touches… you could just feel how deeply in love they are.

Those early newborn days are exhausting and emotional all at once, but they’re also filled with so much tenderness and wonder. I love being able to freeze these moments in time for new parents because those tiny details and sleepy snuggles change so quickly.

Four years of magic, imagination, twirls, and storybooks ✨🎀📚

One of my favorite things about birthday sessions is capturing kids exactly as they are in this season of life. At four years old, everything is full of wonder — princess dresses, spinning until you’re dizzy, giant balloons, and getting lost in your favorite bedtime stories.

This session was simple, playful, and completely centered around HER personality. From dancing in her pink dress to cozy window light portraits and story time in a princess gown… these are the little moments parents never want to forget. 💕

Can we just call it magical? My very first nephew is having a baby. Somehow it feels different than all the others. He was the first baby I ever remember changing a diaper for… and now he’s about to change his own baby’s. This family is about to be blessed in the most beautiful way.
