I’m beyond stoked to get this thing rolling and keep fueling the vision of growing FERAL into a historical photographic publication documenting swells from around the world.

I’m also working on opening up a photo submission portal to get more photographers involved and contributing their work. The idea is to bring together photographers from different regions impacted by the same swell, so we can document the full range of its movement, conditions, and the surf it produces along the way.

We’re also developing a payment structure to award cash prizes to photographers whose work is selected and featured in future issues. The goal is to give back to the people behind the lens while building a collective photographic archive of these swells and the communities that experience them.

This is just the beginning! Super stoked to see where this thing goes and get more people involved along the way.
