Alpha Eye Photography captures personality and passion—specializing in pet portraits, classic cars, senior sessions, and outdoor lifestyle, and real estate photography. Since I was very young, I have been attempting to capture the beauty I see all around me through photography. I can’t even begin to tell you how many of those little disposable cameras I went through as a young girl. I eventually g

raduated to a Canon Powershot that I shared with my dad. I have seen many amazing people, places, and things through its lens and it has served me well. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a fascination with the outdoors and with the automobile, specifically, the classics. My eye is also drawn to the abandoned and forgotten relics of the past. Stumbling upon a rusted Chevy Bel Air, it’s chrome still defiantly shining through the rust in the sunlight of the woods that have become its final resting place, stirs emotion and wonder. If only this once proud piece of American History had a voice and could tell us its stories… I hope to give these forgotten relics a voice through my photos. Along with the forgotten pieces of our automotive past, I very much enjoy capturing the artistic beauty and craftsmanship of the well cared for classics. These cars are more than just steel, rubber, leather, and the like; they are the place that someone had their first date, the project so lovingly restored by a father and son, and the reminder of some of the best days of someone’s life. They remind us of the glory days of the automobile and of American ingenuity. Maybe you can’t have that ‘67 Corvette in your living room at home, but you can capture it’s power and beauty in an image over the mantle. Along with the beauty of the automobile, I am constantly drawn to the splendor of the outdoors. The colors, textures, and patterns are unmatched in our synthetic world and I love to capture them in any way possible.
