Take some time this weekend to strengthen self-love. You fu***ng deserve it. Your well-being matters and it's time to start taking care of YOU. You cannot keep giving from an empty cup. When you are so full, that you are overflowing into the saucer, give from there. Otherwise, you'll run into major burn out and resentment (take it from me, I was the QUEEN of Overgiving in my past life).....

1. Make it a priority to take time for SELF CARE....Examples: ππΌββοΈMove your body in a way that feels good! π΄Take a vacation or retreat for YOU. π§πΌββοΈMeditate. π§π»ββοΈ It can be as simple as taking an extra 2 mins after your shower to put lotion on if you always rush to get ready and skip that extra step of care. Hire a coach ππΌββοΈ to help you create a plan to move into a life of alignment, passion, and joy. π―Spend time with a friend who loves you and makes you feel good.
2. Practice gratitude for yourself. Journal a list of things you love about yourself physically and non-physically. Make a list of things you're proud of accomplishing. Celebrate when you do things for YOU and keep an evidence journal to build your self-gratitude muscle.

4. Treat yourself like you would treat your best friend β have empathy and understanding when you fall short of your expectations. Cheer for yourself and be proud of the effort you put in. Speak lovingly to yourself. Be encouraging and uplifting in that beautiful mind of yours. Our thoughts create our reality, and it's time for an upgrade. π
