The snow is breathtaking! After a warmer winter (thus far!), it’s been nice to enjoy the snow, slower days at home, and watch endless KPop Demon Hunters on repeat for my kiddo. I stepped out in the cold this morning to catch the morning sun. This afternoon, we’ll go play out in the snow to make some snowmen and snow angels. I hope everyone is staying warm and safe as we enjoy these snowy days in Northwest Arkansas!

Love,
Megan

With temperatures expected to drop below freezing this weekend, many are at risk while exposed to the elements.

Mount Sequoyah, how I love you. I feel alive when I look out over Fayetteville and beyond. 🌅 The rolling Ozarks, the beauty amazes me. As I walked around and took in the view, I immediately called my sister to tell her how much I love Fayetteville. The town, the art, the people, the energy, the lighting in a bottle that this city does to my soul. ✨

After a job interview in downtown Fayetteville, I rushed up to Mount Sequoyah to take in the lookout point. I just stood there, taking in the view and feeling gratitude for the roads that led me here. No matter how unsure life feels at this moment, I felt alive and thankful. Maybe your journey will take you there, too.

Love,
Megan

2026 ➡️ 2016

The year I first discovered Northwest Arkansas while visiting my sister in Pea Ridge. I fell hard for the mountains, downtown Bentonville, the shops and restaurants, and those wide-open skies. So grateful I now get to call this little part of Arkansas home.

Love,
Megan

“Jesus can get you through a lot of hard times, especially college and beyond.”

That was Jonathan’s answer when I asked what he would want to share with others. Just minutes earlier, he had been a stranger. A quick conversation on the streets of Downtown Bentonville led to getting to know Jonathan and his family friend, Hailey. Two friends home from college for the holiday break.

A walk downtown, a stop at Spark Cafe, and a shared moment exploring the evening somehow aligned for us to meet and talk. Sometimes stepping outside your comfort zone and asking a simple question leads to an experience you never would have expected. Maybe that’s just me, but I don’t think so.

My conversation with Jonathan and Hailey was brief, but it was something I needed. It reminded me that Jesus is for everyone, that friendships matter, and that a new year brings fresh possibilities.
