For 23 years, the Army was my profession.

Today I received my DD214 for retirement.

No big celebration. No countdown clock.

A few hours later, I was on the road for a 2.5-hour drive to photograph a couple.

Different mission. Same commitment.

Grateful for the opportunities the Army gave me. Grateful for the people who trust me to tell their stories through a camera.

Some things change. Showing up doesn’t.

Every session tells a story, but some remind you to slow down and appreciate the moment. Today isn’t promised, so celebrate where you are, how far you’ve come, and the people who helped you get there. Isa, this chapter may be ending, but the next one is just getting started.

Media Day photos don’t have to look like everyone else’s.

Whether it’s a full team, a small group, or an individual athlete, I work to create images that match their personality, confidence, and the way they carry themselves.

London stepped in front of the camera and gave us both sides—the serious game face and the smile that makes her who she is.

One of Instagram’s most underrated updates just dropped.

You can now reorder your grid posts without deleting, reposting, or disrupting your feed.

For photographers, creators, athletes, businesses, and anyone who cares about how their profile looks, this is a game changer. Want your best work front and center? Need to clean up your layout? Now you can.

How to reorder your Instagram grid:

1. Go to your profile.
2. Tap and hold on any post.
3. Select “Reorder Grid.”
4. Drag and drop posts into the order you want.
5. Tap Done to save.

No more planning around posting order. Just create, then arrange your profile the way you want it to be seen.

Who’s already reorganizing their grid? 👀

Different stories. Different personalities.

The best friendships don’t make you the same, they give you someone to walk through life with anyway.

Every team brings its own energy.

Alexa is one of the newest members of the TeamFlo Photography® Modeling Team, and this session was a reminder that sometimes the simplest moments create the strongest images.

A genuine smile, a little golden-hour light, and a confidence that’s completely her own.

Can’t wait to share more from her session.
