formally mogul Monday, this meeting of the minds is designed to help entrepreneurs cut the excuses, make a plan, and achieve their goals for their business – all with an incredible community as driven as they are. The lives will be on YouTube/Sundays, 6 PM Eastern standard time!

We are constantly told that it is almost necessary to share what your building, the process, and all your ups and downs. I’m going to tell you to refrain for several reasons- let’s start with the logistical:

When an audience outside of your trusted circle sees the flaws behind the scenes, it, humanizes you, yes – but it also diminishes the credibility of your business. When people see a brand, they don’t picture the not-so glamorous parts they were never meant to see. Whether we like it or not, the word “brand” connotates a being polished to a certain degree.

now for the more personal. You never truly know who is for you, or their heart, for what you aspire to do. I cannot tell you how often I have been surprised by the intentions of people I thought to be my inner circle- I’m in good company with that revelation. Joseph had a God-given dream, and when he shared the vision God gave him too early, it evoked an anger in his own brothers that burned enough to stage his murder, sell him into slavery, and deceive their own father into decades-long grief and despair. All so Joseph couldn’t pursue what God gave him.

So yes- Dream, plan, pursue. But do so in stealth mode (for a season) for your audience- and if you have a God – sized dream, but no idea where to start, get with a professional who can help scale that dream to life-sized.

It was SUCH an honor to convey the essence of a gathering! God-centered, inspirational words, warm community, AMAZING food made with love, and so much more poured from every corner of this get-together. I’m not surprised so many committed to attend- even WITH the threat of a tornado overhead! These photos are just a taste of the wonderful atmosphere these wonderful ladies worked so hard to provide.
