From the surprise proposal to their joyful engagement session, the heartfelt rehearsal, and finally, their magnificent wedding day, we’ve been there every step of the way. Our story with this amazing family began with Emily’s brother, and we are so deeply touched to have continued being a part of their most cherished celebrations. E+E’s wedding was a true testament to their exquisite taste, with every detail of their decor radiating beauty and elegance. When unforeseen circumstances required a last-minute venue change, we were absolutely blown away by the resilience of these two and the incredible dedication of the entire vendor team. A massive shoutout to June Events for their phenomenal work in seamlessly transitioning everything, and a huge, heartfelt hug to the entire Neff Family for trusting us with their precious memories. Melissa + Alex’s backyard wedding of their dreams feels like the perfect throwback this Thursday, not just because this beautiful weather is finally here, but because in just a few short weeks, we get to be reunited with these two again.

Being invited into someone’s wedding day is always incredibly special. It’s one of the most meaningful, emotional, and joy-filled chapters of their lives and it’s something we never take for granted. But what makes this the best job even more rewarding is when it doesn’t end there. Getting to witness what comes after, the real, everyday magic of building a life together, is an honor that goes far beyond the wedding day itself.

We had the privilege of capturing Melissa + Alex’s individual stories become one. Then, we watched their world grow and shift in the most beautiful way as their lives began to revolve around their sweet baby boy, Brody. And now, we’re beyond excited for this next chapter, to meet their newest and cutest addition, Sydney.

There is something so powerful about being trusted not just with someone’s “best day ever,” but with the milestones that follow that truly define a family’s story may just be our favorite. It’s relationships like these that remind us why we love what we do. We truly can’t wait to see them again and continue documenting their growing family!

These two sweethearts dreamt of a winter wonderland wedding, specifically wishing for that perfect slow snowy backdrop, and guess what? Their wish totally came true! It was an absolute joy to capture their incredible love story unfold though out Detroit’s historical buildings and the beautiful flakes, making their day feel straight out of a fairytale. Evie, truly shined as she celebrated this incredible milestone. From service to celebration, the fun and energy filled the evening and set the stage for an unforgettable night. We’re still buzzing from their incredible Detroit engagement session, which was everything they dreamed of and more. From breathtaking aerial shots with a vintage car to capturing their genuine joy at their favorite date night bar, every moment was filled with laughter and love. It was such a blast getting to know them even better, and now we’re eagerly anticipating tomorrow being the best day ever. Get ready, Detroit, because we’re thrilled to capture all the new vibes and unforgettable moments of J+N’s wedding day!

Laura + Gio’s Northern Michigan Beach Engagement Session! - The journey to their dream beach engagement was truly a testament to their love and determination! They had always envisioned a romantic seaside session, but as the wedding day drew nearer, unpredictable weather and tight schedules left them feeling a little disheartened. It seemed like their dream might not come true, but we weren’t about to let that happen! We found some time and encouraged them to take a spontaneous mini-trip up north, just two weeks before they said “I do.” This wasn’t just about capturing stunning photos; it was a much-needed escape for them to relax, reconnect, and simply enjoy each other’s company before the wedding day. The session became a beautiful opportunity to practice being in front of the camera, creating not only breathtaking images but also cherished memories they’ll hold forever. Our relationship with this beautiful family began back in 2021 when we captured Seth’s sister’s wedding, and being here for S+S felt like the most meaningful full-circle moment. From the start, their day was a perfect blend of modern elegance that felt effortless, stylish, and so deeply them.
As if the memories of their wedding day couldn’t get sweeter, we’re beyond excited that Sydnie + Seth are expecting! Hearing about the newest addition to their family has us absolutely over the moon. We cannot wait to carry these modern, delicate touches into future sessions as we capture baby bump memories and all the milestones of their growing family!
