TLDR: After 6 years, I am retiring!
A year and some days ago I was doing the exact opposite of “fighting for my life.”
My mind was on fire.
It felt like it was one stress after the other and the list wouldn’t stop growing.
I look back at that chapter and mourn that version of me. She was drowning and too tired to swim.
In January, I had made a pact with myself to pursue this crazy idea. Why not start a home vlog? It pushed me to get out of bed and create goofy skits but most importantly- breathe life back into me.
Then it was baby steps from there. I started seeing my friends again, pursued new hobbies, and even gained the worlds most beautiful baby nephew, Lincoln.
It is so crazy, terrifying, and beautiful how one New Years resolution can absolutely change my life. I couldn’t be more grateful for and it’s opportunities.
It has been millions of views, handfuls of partnerships, loads of interior decorating projects, one mountain bike, and too many concerts later. I have turned into this beautiful version of me I didn’t think was possible.
But it does not just stop there, I am here to announce my retirement from wedding photography as I have just accepted a Brand Director position in the interior design industry with !!! I just had my first week and have never felt more inspired!
Today, I am the person I always wanted to be.
