This one has me all up in my feels... 🥹❤️

Way back in 2015, this handsome young man and his family were one of the very first families I ever photographed.

At the time, I was working full time at CC Communications. I had purchased my very first DSLR camera and, like most new photographers, started taking pictures of friends and family, never really knowing where this little hobby might lead me.

Fast forward to today...

It's been 8yrs since I traded my full time office job for the hustle, long nights, unpredictable schedules, and beautiful chaos of being a self employed photographer... and I wouldn't change a single thing.

Over the years, I've grown so much. Not just in my art, but as a business woman, a woman of faith, a mother, and someone who genuinely loves serving this little community I call home.

But you know what might be the most beautiful part of it all?

Getting to watch your babies grow up. ❤️

The little ones I once photographed holding their parents' hands are now becoming teenagers, graduating, chasing dreams, and finding their own way in this world. ( total big kids )

Photography has given me so much more than a career. It's given me relationships, friendships, memories, and a front row seat to some of life's most beautiful seasons.

To every family who has trusted me over the years... especially those who took a chance on me when I was just a girl with a new camera and a big dream... THANK YOU.

Thank you for growing with me. Thank you for sharing pieces of your lives with me. Thank you for inviting me into your families, trusting me with your memories, and allowing me to watch your children grow.

You may think you're just showing up for pictures... but to me, you're allowing me to be a tiny part of your story.

And I hope you know how much that means to me. Its an absolute privilege ..

This wasn't your typical Halloween party...

It was a styled shoot .. bringing strangers together, watching everyone embrace the unexpected, and creating something a little different from normal everyday ..It was truly SPOOKTACULAR .

A little eerie, a little elegant, and just the right amount of Halloween.

So cheers to the nights that remind us we're never too old to play dress up, get a little spooky, and make some unforgettable memories.
