Fong & Max eloped in St. Louis

They came from Texas & their friends & family came from all over the world to help them celebrate. I only got to spend a few precious hours with them but by the time I left they had become some of my favorite people. And it wasn’t just that we shared a serious love for Star Wars. I was enamored at the loving connection they share.

Robert & Phillip. The whole day was what they wanted it to be.

From the little disco ball stir sticks (I took one home with me), Friends entrance music and the best group of friends & family, their day reflected who they are, not expected traditions.

And the whole day was just perfect.

Andrew & Heather (& their daughter). They opted to exchange vows & gifts without seeing one another before the ceremony....

I’m coming off a 3 weddings in a row weekend. I feel like I’ve been run over by a large truck. Over the last 3 days I’ve spent so many hours documenting so many happy moments it’s hard to describe it all. I am exhausted but content. I am quickly heading to the point where I will begin to accept fewer & fewer weddings.

Almost always without fail my favorites from a shoot are the ones I have little to do with. They just all came together...
