Sometimes photography is just about the obvious subject becoming artistic. I was waiting in a doctor's office, second floor, and looked through the window. By raising my gaze this geometric pattern of wires was there. I debated whether it was a good image and I voted yes. You be the judge!

We had a great fireworks display right in our neighborhood last night. I created a few composite images of the many colors. Some look like outer space constellations!

The camera club I joined has a display at the Five Rivers Resource center. Eastern Shore Camera Club throughout the year is invited to display members work. I have two metal art pieces there for the exhibition that runs until the end of April.

I joined a camera club and we had an outing to Magnolia Cemetery in Mobile, AL. This cemetery is over 100 acres, and dates back to the Victorian era. The Confederate Rest is awesome, as is the union soldiers section. Many historic people are buried there.

We took a trip to the far northeast corner of Alabama in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains to celebrate Diane's birthday. This is the highest point in the state and even has a snow lift. Many water falls from the ridge called Lookout Mountain, log cabin stores downtown, and the Alabama Band Museum in Ft. Payne. Very enjoyable place to visit. Here is a sample.
