It’s those little details 🤍

What a good reminder. To look in the mirror every morning and see those words written… I am enough.

To know that your worth is not defined by this world and that God created you for a very specific purpose. You are MORE than enough.

Give to yourself too. You absolutely cannot pour from an empty cup, so make sure you’re re-filling it… mani/pedis, a gym membership, girls nights once a week, bo***ir sessions— the list goes on.

Swapped things up a bit on this morning a few weeks ago and decided on a whim to hop in front of the camera… I mean I’ve been running consistently for a week so I’m basically in shape right? 😝

I surprisingly LOVE these two pictures of me. No make up, less than 5 hours of sleep and running off a coffee for breakfast, but somehow despite all those things and still feeling beautiful, I questioned posting them 🤯

You know why? That tricky little word.. bo***ir 🙄

My body isn’t in a compromising position, no extra skin is showing and no b***y cheeks out… but because it’s technically “bo***ir” I questioned it. I had to stop and remind myself that EVEN IF some people judge me or think this is “risqué” (hey south alabama) the bottom line is I felt beautiful and wanted to post these.

That’s the heart behind the bo***ir brand over here— empowering women and making them feel confident and beautiful. We’re taking the power away from the word “bo***ir” and letting women reclaim it as they see fit.
