He’s here 💙

This post is about a month late now, but the final piece to our family arrived January 5th. Adden (pronounced ADD-in) is so loved by his brothers and has caused us all to slow down and soak in this time.

If you showed up to a mini session with me this fall, you would have been surprised to see my bump in tow! I wanted to wait until I had these beautiful photos from before I announced our exciting news. Our fourth and final little boy or girl will be arriving in just a few weeks! Thank you for your patience this season as I scaled back on minis and took just a little more time to edit your galleries. I’m taking a break from all things business related until the spring, but will try to continue to post the beautiful families I was able to work with this fall. 🫶🏻

It’s funny, I hadn’t shot any proposals during the lifetime of my business, yet I just had 3 in 3 weeks! For some reason, this one made me cry, which made shooting tough 😂 Although I probably get just as nervous as the man popping the question, I have to say that I love shooting proposals. This couple was so incredibly sweet, and I’m pretty sure the bride to be thanked me after every photo 😊 Cheers to love!

When my cousin’s boyfriend texted me about taking photos of his proposal, my immediate response was, “I’m so honored, and so nervous.” 😂 I wanted everything to be perfect for them. Thankfully, with lots of communication and planning, as well as hiding and heart pounding, I was able to capture this sweet moment for them. Congratulations you two!! 🥂
