Ultimate Exposures photographs hundreds of events annually and manages a library of over 1 million images. The production team maintains image storage and ordering, facilitates the migration of images from capture media to website for ordering, processes photo orders, communicates with customers and clients via email and phone, investigates service and/or product failures and corrects them, and consistently refines the processes of executing job duties.

The Production Coordinator’s chief responsibilities include:
- Editing images, using tools like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to improve images as needed.
- Process events efficiently to get them online as quickly as possible.
- Maintaining an organized physical and electronic environment.
- Exercise first line supervision of Production/Operations Assistants on Supervisor shifts.
- Proactively keep the job progress boards up to date.
- Work with the Photography Manager in the remediation and review sessions for photographers receiving substandard feedback.
- Oversee the shipping of finished products.
- Light graphics arts work to improve and keep our product line fresh as well as support our marketing efforts.
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
Knowledge
- Understanding of volume photography production processes and the ability to follow job protocols.
- High level of computer literacy with regard to Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Photoshop, Lightroom.
- A technical understanding of photography is preferred.
