OK, so I have just gotten to watch the press conference about the schools officially being closed for the rest of the 2020 school year. Forgive me I am not great with videos of myself. However I am trying hard to process this as you well know that schools make up the greater portion of my yearly income. I am stunned and trying as well as everyone else is I am sure to just process this and what it means for our small community, teachers, students, and our Senior class of 2020. My heart is broken for them and all they are missing. I realize they are not only our 9/11 babies but now they are dealing with all of this. I have stressed and stressed over what to say or what to do to accommodate everyone that has an event or graduation they would like or need to be photographed and documented. I am not sure if they have had their caps and gowns even given to them but providing our circumstances have gotten better and we are past the worse for this I have a plan. I hopeful to open my studio the first 2 weeks of May to accommodate any and all graduating from K4 & 5K grads, 6th grade grads, to our 2020 seniors for all cap and gown portraits. I am here to serve you! I will be setting up a schedule for the studio contingent on our circumstances at that time. If we are not under as many constraints I will book according if we are still having to practice social distancing we will be making appointments further apart to insure the best interest of our clients. These portraits will be treated volume as if were photographing at the school so volume pricing will still apply. For all of the seniors that would like their formal studio look and something a little more out and about I am also open to do that for you. I am hopeful by this time we may even be able to allow small groupings so you can share this moment with your friends. I know many of you have purchased prom dresses and we may have a young man or two who would look handsome in a suit that really need to be worn and danced in... it would be my honor to schedule something for you to have to brighten your day.
