Throw back to one of the first photos I took on my cannon rebel t3i, vs more recently on my cannon r6.
Let me tell you… back when I was a teen, never in a million years would I believe I would pick up a camera and fall in love in my late 20s with photography.

Growing up my family was very musically talented, my grandma plays organ and sings, my grandpa plays drums/ guitar/ bass/ sings, my dad sings/ guitar/ bass, my uncle traveled to Nashville and did music with huge names in the industry. Me on the other hand… I would sing in competitions, played some uke, tried to learn any instrument but none of it stuck with me, it has really bugged me for years because I LOVE music more than anything. Blame it on the ADHD, I don’t know… but when I had my twins I had bad depression and wanted to pick up something to get me out of the house, so I bought a camera 📸

I would follow around Derek and his band The Villains Inside taking pictures at his shows, I became addicted to capturing every moment of music that I couldn’t and desperately wanted to pick up myself…

I appreciate everyone who has uplifted me and has hit me up for photos in the last year, it truly has saved me, thank you ☺️
