Photography by Julianna Hollenbeck My passion as a photographer is to tell a story that moved me and immortalize that moment through images. In moments of time, history is taking place.

Fleeting moments are precious and unique. The time that passes on into the future, never to repeat itself. I like to capture those times and immortalize them through photography. Making history through lights and images.

live less than 40 days visit at least 1000 flowers and produce one teaspoon of honey. For us, it's just a teaspoon of honey, but for the bees, it's a life. Let us take care and protect them, for they are important for our survival.

I noticed this unpretentious flower arrangement on a recent walk at Mukilteo Beach. I just happened to look down and behold an unfettered beauty in nature. Sometimes we just need to stop embrace our surroundings and notice the little things that take our breath away.

Today, Aidan and I walked along the towering bare tree. “Look at me it says with no shame and see my glory”. “Already I have shed the leaves of youth, stripped by the wind of time down to the truth of winter branches. Now that my vulnerable leaves are cast aside, there’s nothing left to shield, nothing to hide. Blow through me, Life, paired down at last bone, so fragile, and so fearless have I grown”!- Anne Morrow Lindberg. It was a beautiful time to spend in the stillness of time, the cares were set aside, and the slight chill in the air was refreshing to the soul.
