Behind every beautiful result are the women who make it possible. 🤍

The faces behind the treatments. The expertise behind the artistry. The passion behind the practice.

I recently had the pleasure of welcoming the women of Foundation Wellness into my studio for a branding session that was all about capturing the people behind the business.

Because beautiful branding is about more than beautiful photographs. It’s about putting a face to the expertise, building trust, and showing the heart behind the brand.

Beauty is their business. Bringing their brand to life is mine. ✨

There is something I absolutely love about working with other women in business. The creativity, the collaboration, the opportunity to take someone’s vision and turn it into something tangible.

For the ladies of Foundation Wellness, we traded traditional headshots for a little something more. Clean, modern portraits. Intentional product imagery. A little personality. A little playfulness. And plenty of images they can put to work across their website, marketing, and social media.

Because your business deserves imagery that feels as professional, polished, and thoughtfully put together as the work you do.

Here’s another peek at what we’ve been creating in the studio lately! 🤍

A little beauty. A little business. A whole lot of personality. 🥂

I recently welcomed the ladies of Foundation Wellness into my studio for a branding session that was equal parts polished, playful, and full of personality.

From fresh, professional portraits to a little behind-the-scenes fun, we created a collection of images that reflects the women behind the business, the services they provide, and the personalities that make their brand their own.

Because great branding photography should do more than show people what you look like. It should give them a little glimpse of who you are.

And these ladies? They understood the assignment. 🤍

Trading Friday night lights for golden hour with DJ, Snohomish High School Class of 2027.

I’ve photographed this kid plenty of times on the football field, but getting him in front of my camera for his senior session was a fun change of pace.

A few favorites from an evening well spent chasing the last of that October sunshine. ☀️

A little sunshine, a little wildflower magic, and a whole lot of personality. 🌼

Meet Cedar, Everett High School Class of 2027!

I love a senior session that feels like the person in front of my camera. No expectations, no need to be anything other than exactly who you are. Just a beautiful evening, a little golden light, and photographs that feel authentically YOU.

Here’s a little sneak peek of Cedar’s senior session! 🤍

There are senior sessions, and then there are the ones that feel like photographing a little piece of Snohomish history. ❤️

The Rotondo twins. Jack + Lola. Spadas by birth, with family roots running deep enough around here that their name is quite literally on the road.

We photographed their senior session together, on their family property, surrounded by places that have been part of their story long before senior year arrived. And after a broken leg, weather, reschedules and a solid case of third-time’s-the-charm, September gave us the kind of evening we had been waiting for. Warm light, bare feet, a summer dress that absolutely deserved its moment, and these two together in the place they call home.

I know this family through so many corners of this community, from football and basketball to Spada Farmhouse Brewery showing up year after year to support our local kids. Getting to be the person trusted to document their kids at this milestone feels especially sweet.

Snohomish roots. Senior year. And two really, really good kids. ❤️

Senior pictures, but make it a twin session. ❤️

Letterman jackets together. Individual portraits. A few sibling photos because someday these will probably matter even more than they do right now. And then, because Mother Nature FINALLY decided to cooperate with us, the prettiest September evening on the property where these two have grown up.

I think that may be my favorite part of photographing seniors in a town like ours.

I know Jack from football. I know Lola from basketball. I’ve watched them compete in different uniforms, in different seasons, doing completely different things. Their family has supported the programs I spend so much of my own life pouring into. And then for one evening, all of those separate little threads came together.

No scoreboard. No starting lineup. No medals or records.

Just Jack + Lola.

The Rotondo twins.

Class of 2027, on the edge of everything that comes next, photographed right where so much of their story began. ❤️

And yeah. That one gets me a little.

Same birthday. Same senior year. Same family property.

Two very different humans. ❤️

Jack is one of those kids I’ve gotten to know from the sidelines, a standout wide receiver on Friday nights, varsity basketball player in the winter, and then casually went and won a state championship in the high jump while setting a new record last spring.

And then there’s Lola, who I first got to photograph through girls basketball, and who has made a name for herself in her own right through basketball and track.

But take away the jerseys, the medals, the records and all the things these two are very, very good at, and what stands out most is actually much simpler.

They are kind.

Polite. Gracious. Good students. Good teammates. Good humans.

The kind of kids who make you understand pretty quickly that all of those accomplishments didn’t happen in a vacuum. There is a really wonderful family behind them.

And I feel pretty darn lucky that, for this little piece of their story, I got to be behind the camera. ❤️

Nothing like sliding into senior photos with less than two weeks until the yearbook deadline. 😂

No pressure. None at all.

Thankfully, the weather understood the assignment.

We found the light, wandered through the fields, made a little magic, and Shuga is now going to have the opposite problem when that yearbook photo needs to be submitted because girlfriend has OPTIONS.

And really, that feels appropriate for senior year. One deadline looming, about a million things happening at once, and an entire future sitting just on the other side of it all.

We made it, D. Yearbook crisis officially averted. ✔️📸

There are senior sessions, and then there are the ones that make you realize just how much life has happened while you weren’t looking. 🤍

I’ve known D since she was little. Her mama and I go all the way back to middle school and high school, and years later, she would become a nanny to my own babies. Which means I got to know her baby, too.

And somehow that little girl grew all the way up.

Getting to photograph D now, on the edge of graduation and whatever comes next, felt like one of those beautiful little full-circle moments life occasionally hands you. From knowing her as a little girl to having her sitting in front of my camera as this lovely young woman, with that gorgeous golden light wrapping around her.

Time is so very rude.

But goodness, it makes for some beautiful photographs. 🤍
